夏日的海洋殺手—論創傷弧菌

前言
台灣位處亞熱帶，四面環海，除了
有較多戲水弄潮的機會外，加以沿海養殖
漁業的發達，民眾常有食用海產及各類
漁業產品的機會。溫暖（約攝氏 20度）
及中低鹽度海域的環境均有利於創傷弧
菌 (Vibrio vulnificus) 的生長。第一個關於
創傷弧菌病例是於1979年被正式發表出
來，而台灣的第一例感染報告是於 1985
年於高雄縣所報告。除了存在海水之外，
創傷弧菌亦常見於蚌類、牡蠣等軟體動物
或蝦、蟹的身上。一般常見的感染途徑是
由於傷口接觸到受污染的海域、皮膚遭海
中生物所螫傷，或是生食受感染的貝類以
及未煮熟的食物所引起。雖然相較於其他
感染，由創傷弧菌所引起的比例較為少
見，但一旦引起敗血症，死亡率可以高達
五成。特別是在免疫力不佳的病患，更易
受到創傷弧菌的感染。由於一開始患者的
